Director, National Security Innovation Capital

Tex Schenkkan is the Director of National Security Innovation Capital (NSIC), a new initiative within the U.S. Department of Defense. NSIC’s mission is to accelerate the development of duause hardware technologies critical to national security and economic competitiveness. NSIC enables startups to advance key milestones in their product development by addressing the shortfall of private investment from trusted sources.

Beverly Seay
Southeast Regional Director, National Security Innovation Network

Bev is the Southeast Regional Director for the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN), a program office within the U.S. Department of Defense. In this role, she is leveraging talent through new partnerships with major universities and the venture community to drive national security innovation.
