I learned about my fears and how much I’ve been living in this state and how it’s been ruining my enjoyment. I realized that it runs in the family and I could see that I was in a fear state just like my mom and I was preventing myself going forward in ways that my father was preventing me from doing things that are “dangerous”. Either way I learned to let go and take a chance again. I decided I will enjoy my time at the beach. Deciding was all that was needed. Letting go is all to know.
