Thanksgiving meaning changes every year. It started out in elementary school like a fairytale full of happiness and not insane people sharing a meal then murdering those people that they shared a meal with last year. Thanksgiving is about food and family for most of us, but it is a reminder that this country makes you remember what to be thankful for instead of apologizing for its mistakes in the past.
