It’s a fun Friday and there is so much to discuss. The Broncos officially hired Ejiro Evero as the newest Defensive Coordinator. How will his long-term friendship with the other coaches on the staff end up looking on the field? CannonBall… What do the other teams in the AFC West think of the Broncos? As we go through the QB’s available vs the current QB’s in the West it’s easy to see why the Broncos are not thought of in the highest regard. Would Jameis Winston be a guy that could change people’s minds? Nick says three names would certainty change the narrative. If the Broncos get one of the big three QB’s the West has the best in the league. If they miss, they won’t be getting respect anytime soon. Later, the NFL is apparently negotiating an extension for Roger Goodell. Why would they give him an extension when he is lready signed for several years? Nick says it’s because the owners love him. He makes them a lot of money and protects them but what about the players and fans? Finally, Cecil is adamant that if the Broncos get Kirk Cousins they also need a new GM. That said, what about the Wilson option? The word is that both sides are unhappy in Seattle. Could this be the one Quarterback the Broncos should focus on this off-season?
