Barbalace said the trade for Bears linebacker Roquan Smith shocked him, but he's not worried about the Ravens locking him into a long-term extension. Barbalace said there are still questions regarding an extension for quarterback Lamar Jackson since he's hoping for a fully-guaranteed deal similar to Deshaun Watson's in Cleveland.
