By virtue of our Baptism we are called to the common priesthood to worship God alongside each other to use our ‘talents to advance the Kingdom of God. (CCC1241). As we enrich the understanding of Synodality, how do we move towards a meaningful and effective co-responsibility in the Church, and ‘unpack’ a fuller realisation of the vocations, charisms and ministries of all the Baptised? Can a more synodal Church also be an “all ministerial Church”?
