This Saturday August 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. I will have a women empowerment brunch I will have a mimosa bar and a spa treatment for the ladies to get massages on that day also set up time is 2:00 p.m. I will be giving out free school supplies I will also from 3:00 to 8:00 have live entertainment DJ and performing local artists come out and sip in with your girl

I will be performing February the 27th I will be having my table out I also will be performing as a local artist catch me this weekend also come out Sunday to be a part of the community I am a cheerleading coach for the community Metro falcons if you're interested or any kids from 5 to 14 ages come and join the Cheer squad or come and be a football player
Your speed on today this workout on this treadmill it's going to benefit you we're not going to no longer be comfortable walking around in our same mess we going to unload this mess this baggage we're going to take this baggage off baggage claim and stop giving it to other people and we're going to take responsibility of our own actions and we're going to toss it out and we're going to ask God to have his way in this season
What is it that can make you be the change in your life what is it that you're pouring into your body is it toxic is it educational please do not lack knowledge and wisdom in this season I encourage you to study I had open announcements shout out to everybody that's doing things and that's being the change
