I’m going to share with you a bit about the one short exercise that made the biggest impact in building my referral network. Building your referral network could be the most important thing that you can do to help your business grow. I call this exercise "Building My Bench". I’m not a huge sports fan, but I do like baseball, so I like to think of my referral network as players on my team. And the different referral positions on my team make up my Referral Bench.
