Two questions are implied in our test today. For the Gentile the question is, “Shouldn’t I be exempt from judgment since I didn’t have the law of God?” For the Jew the question is, shouldn’t I be exempt from judgment sine I was the guardian of God’s Law?” Paul answers both.
