A more light hearted episode that goes along with the theme of Tyler Perry's "Diary of a Mad Black Woman." This episode I am deeming the "Diary of a Call Center Operator."
If you have a bank account, use on-line banking or cash apps, this episode explores all three; from the perspective of the call center operator.
Who new it was a real person on the other end of those calls:) Allow your eyes to be opened with gratitude and appreciation for the person on the other end of the phone when you call the help line at a bank.... I have a new respect for this unique breed of people:)
