Chapter 16 of 1 Corinthians contains Paul’s parting words to the Church in Corinth. As we read through them, we see his heart for this troubled church as he gives some final teaching, encouragement and reminds them of his love for them. Through Pauls words, we are invited and challenged to love the church, even in its messy reality, as Christ loves us, in our sinful mess. This is our final sermon in our Life in the Gospel series.
