Throughout this podcast, I have been discovering the concept of self-actualization and just recently, I have introduced the idea of self-protocol. In this episode, I want to help you understand how to recognize whether or not your values matter to others.

How do I know if my values matter to others?

People aren't obligated to agree with nor respect your protocol, and not everyone will.

You need to be an example of how you want to be treated. Show the level of respect you require.

Only accept people into your life if they respect your values

Actions speak louder than words- other people will show you how much respect the have regarding your values with their behavior.
