What do you do when you're stuck? When you have no choice?
Someone I admire who explored this very question was Viktor Frankl. He suffered immensely as a prisoner during World War II, including losing his closest family members. He survived when thousands didn't, and afterwards he is well-known for teaching that, however bad your circumstances, you can always choose how you respond.
I wonder where you feel stuck? I wonder what situation or relationship makes you feel you have no choice?
I wonder what you could choose to do in response?
Join me as we explore ways of opening ourselves to new possibilities, and then as we wind down to the weekend with gratitude and a smile.
