We'll zoom in on one of the episodes in chapters 16 and 19 that gives us even more confidence that, in spite of the mess David had made, he was still a man after God's own heart. Specifically, we'll see evidence of brokenness. And through David's brokenness, we'll realize that we, too, are called to the same thing.
