What's the scariest thing you've ever done? We're continuing our series in the book of Nehemiah, a real life, honest portrait of how to respond when things have fallen apart. Nehemiah humbles himself and confesses his sin, but also musters the courage to approach the king. The fact that he's "very afraid" doesn't stop him from stepping out and trusting God, or from revisiting the wreckage of his homeland in order to assess the damage and start rebuilding.
