Sometimes we get lured into the idea that by paying more we will have better attendance. This DOES NOT WORK!

This doesn't mean I think you shouldn't pay people well and/or what they are worth, but if someone is missing work and says they need more money,. my first response is "why don't you try a raise in HOURS first by making it a full week at work".
