It's been a long journey to this podcast. I'm thrilled to get this going. In this episode I talk about why I started the podcast. 

Before I started out I remember wondering "how do podcasters speak for so long?" Well, here I am 36min in on my first actual episode (the trailer doesn't count). 

In this episode, I muse on the essence of names, how the name of the podcast came to be, my journey of exploration, why I feel it's necessary for men to unpack their issues, what to expect from the podcast and a whole lot more.
