Logan next was a franchise consultant for Jimmy Johns and soon realized that he needed to return to his entrepreneurial roots. He joined a start-up company and later moved to work for a real estate syndication fund. Now Logan invests in multifamily, industrial, and retail shopping centers.

A bit more about Logan:

• Logan Freeman brings over 5 years of real estate experience to the team. Logan started his real estate career with a single-family rental portfolio where he executed over $50MM in acquisitions.
• Logan oversees the Investor Relations and Marketing Divisions at FTW Investments and contributes heavily to its project sourcing and capital raising efforts.
• Logan was an All-American collegiate football athlete at the University of Central Missouri. After his final season in college, Logan was picked up as an undrafted free agent by the Oakland Raiders. ​
• Before working with the real estate investment group, Logan worked as a director of sales for Service Management Group. This position involved working with startup and medium-sized service and consulting companies in and around Kansas City.
• Logan leads XchangeCRE, an affiliate of the firm that assists 1031 exchange investors in identifying replacement properties and other tax-advantaged reinvestment strategies including TIC investments with FTW Investments.
• Logan leverages his people skills and transaction background to drive new acquisitions, capital raising, and investor relations. Logan is a voting member of the firm’s investment committee.
• FTW now owns and operates around $150M in CRE spanning multifamily, industrial, and retail shopping centers in four states.
