• With experience across multiple real estate disciplines, Terry has underwritten over $6 billion of transactions of Multifamily, retail, office, and industrial assets across the country.
• Terry started his career at Prudential Real Estate Investors (now PGIM) and then J.P. Morgan’s Global Real Assets. This enables Terry to bring an institutional discipline to the underwriting, market research, deal structuring, and capital markets process.
• He is an active member of the New York Private Equity Network, Urban Land Institute, and NAIOP.
