Jesus appears to the “eleven” disciples, following His appearance to the two disciples on the Emmaus road and to Peter. He is seen, heard, and touched by the disciples. He then states that these great truths are to be presented by His followers to the world. At that point, after blessing them, He is carried or rises up into heaven.
