Jesus, with His disciples, came across a funeral procession and that of a young man leaving then his widowed mother alone. Jesus touches the bier the dead man was laying on and he came alive. Then messengers sent by John the Baptist, now in a Roman prison, ask Jesus if He was the one to come, the Messiah, or should they look for another.
