The Holy Spirit is a person just like the father and the son we must know and have intimacy with him is the one key to walk in the fullness of what God has for us. The Holy Spirit is not in it but a he. We must have and build an intimate and close relationship with him. Why because this will lead him to manifest himself. The Holy Spirit ministry to us as believers it comes to convict as it regenerates S it dwells in us it seals us it in seals S it in powers us as believers it leads S is our spiritual gift from the Lord
