Former Erie County District Attorney John Flynn joins the show to continue the discussion on the need for adjustments to New York State's bail reform laws in the wake of a murder that took place on South Ogden Street in Buffalo Thursday morning. Flynn also explains why the main suspect, Rickey Crouch, who had a past record of multiple arrests, including one previous arrest which posted a $50,000 bail and the District Attorney's office requested he not be released, was ultimately released and was able to walk free before ultimately allegedly committing this heinous act.
Buffalo's acting Mayor Chris Scanlon joined the show today to provide the latest update on the homicide that occurred Thursday morning on South Ogden Street.
