Meena Ruchi joins me to discuss growing up and fulfilling arole she was expected to play. Pleasing the family, pleasing her mentors,pleasing society, and never discovering who she really was. Experiencinganxiety became her sole source of motivation for most of her life and livingwas a huge struggle for her. She secretly held a deep fear of being unsafe whichdrove her to create a miserable life for herself for a long time.

Anxiety, stress, burnout, despair and hopelessness and notrealizing that these signals were trying to tell her that something is out ofalignment on a deeper level.

In 2020 she found herself without work and in a position toface herself, maybe for the very first time. Feeling an intense fear of wastingtime (wasting her life, wasting her potential, etc.) drove her to connect witha sense of purpose.

Meena believes that if she didn’t have that urgency she maynot have had the desire to find a deeper reason for being here and may not havefound the Akashic Records. The Akashic Records are what we call the 5thdimension, or superconscious mind. By learning to tap into this part of who sheis at this different level of consciousness, Meena was able to connect to herpotential in a deep way and illuminate the hidden fears that were holding herback from experiencing the fulfillment and contentment that she really wantedin life. It was her fear that pushed her to dig deeper and find something morelovely than what the world seemed to be offering her for most of her life.
