• Systems do things. They run, and work gets done.
• Sometimes the things that get done produce a physical outcome - these could be called “assets”.
• Sometimes the things that get done mean things are moved around - these  could be called “outcomes”.
• In the context of systems, we need a word to encompass both an asset and an outcome. That word is RESULTS.
