Our guest this week is Monica More, founder of Fertile Health. Starting off her journey like most other nurses in the ICU, Monica soon after fell in love with women’s health and decided to go back to school to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Ready to procure a job, Monica set out for New York but found it difficult to find work in women’s health. Eventually getting hired by an infertility facility in the city, Monica found her purpose as an infertility coach!

Now Monica runs her business which encompasses nurse education and working directly with patients dealing with infertility. From helping clients reach their optimal level of health to providing sound education on infertility for healthcare professionals, Fertile Health enables Monica to exercise her passion for education and helping patients.

According to Monica, the purpose of Fertile Health is to “improve the lives of all women who are attempting pregnancy or thinking about it, particularly those struggling with infertility”.

Spending a great deal of her time marketing herself on social media, Monica put in a lot of groundwork in the beginning and now relies on word-of-mouth marketing to get clients.

Just a short two years ago Monica shifted her focus to patient care and health coaching. Realizing that helping patients as a health coach gives her a wider client reach, Monica meets with patients in-person and virtually from all over the nation, using health coaching and life coaching skills to help her patients improve their wellness.
