Welcome to Day 6 of the October Bonus Challenge. Today I will be talking about getting the most from your garden.

Every day this month you will be receiving an additional bonus podcast specifically on taking part in challenges.

I am currently working on the 31 day challenge as part of the Ultimate Blog Challenge. Challenges can last from how ever long you desire, ones I have done have been between 7 to 365 days and you always walk away with a host of information nuggets. 

There will be daily insights and tips that you will be able to take away and inform your own journey.

Challenges are a way of really pushing yourself and moving up a notch, taking part in a group challenge holds you accountable, and you are able to share where you are at with others. Additionally it is a great way for people to get to know you a bit more.
