How do we welcome strangers? Are we open to them, or do we fear and become suspicious when the "other" enters our world. If we do the latter we are not unlike Jesus' disciples who wanted to stop a stranger casting out demons in Christ's name because "he isn't one of us." Jesus' message, to them and to us, is clear. Those not against the Lord are for him - and we must be grateful for the smallest thing done by others in the name of Christ.
