This is a story I wrote a little while ago about a man I developed feelings for. Although this scenario did not take place, this is a rendition of how I imagined happening before meeting him anywhere. I had incredibly low self esteem and would think about all the ways i would find out that he was not interested in me. I hope you enjoy the short story.
