This week we discussed:

1. Some continued acquisition possibilities, including machinery and entire shops.
2. Now that the last acquisition is in the books, my client has turned his attention back to the possibility of a new building for the original plant.
3. Continued work on the succession plan by helping the successors to learn the difference between working the hours vs working until the job is done.
4. The fantastic German engineering of one particular machine that has had extensive use.
