Finding Nemo is not, actually, a movie about fish. Or short-term memory loss. It's a movie about parenting, and the difficulty we all have knowing how to love our children without smothering them. As the perfect Father, God understands the challenge. He gives us far more freedom that we're comfortable with, but he's also willing to cross the ocean of heaven and earth to save our scales when we get stuck in nets from which we can't escape.
