The Aniki brothers start seeing the macabre and grotesque in their everyday high-school lives with Mieruko-chan. Ordinary student Miko has the gift of being able to see the spiritual world suddenly thrust upon her. With the dead and the lost in her field of view, it is all she can do from letting them know she can actually see them, lest unknown horrors befall her.
