Today we’re discussing the strange and bizarre viral footage that released earlier this week, in which a potential Elf-like creature can be seen walking down a drive way. The video in question was captured on CCTV footage by a woman who posted it on Facebook looking for answers, it went viral as people compare the figure to that of Dobby the Elf from the Harry Potter series.
