In late 2020, the appearance of a series of metal columns was reported internationally. Referred to as "monoliths", these strange structures popped up all over the world, over the better part of a year. Some were put up to be a part of the trend, others to promote the local area, but the answers behind the first few Monoliths, especially the first, still elude us!
