An incredible lot of what is offered across Africa as Christian worship is nothing more than cult gatherings to honour the leader and polish the egos of the worshippers, much of it is mere entertainment. The leaders are put in the place of God and indeed demand such reverence. The followers obey blindly believing God has given such powers and authority to their leaders who can turn their lives around for good.
