245 - For the second year in a row, I participated in the Ride to Walk Race just east of Sacramento. This time it was in Rocklin, a lovely community east of Sacramento, California. I talk about my trip there, my race and what else I did while I was there, including the train tunnels near Donner Lake. Have you seen them? It was a great weekend!
