363 - This week, I talk about some things I want to leave behind in 2025 and what I look forward to in 2026 in running. I enjoy reflecting back on the past year and how it can be improved upon in the new year. I took some time off from serious running in 2025 but now I'm ready to get back into it and I talk a little about my future goals.
