A group of sorority sisters notice a new neighbor next door and decide to give the person a welcome basket. On their way there they notice someone stepping outside; they all turn to look only to notice the hot guy standing leaning on his motorbike. Of them being themselves they decide to hand him the gift basket. That night they suck in his house next door and notice axes hanging, knives swaying, and pianos playing in the distance.
