A discussion with Michelle Glaser.

Michelle is a Building Development Manager for Mitchells & Butlers. She has 8 years experience within the construction and built environment as well as a bachelors degree in Architecture & Environmental Design from Sheffield Hallam University. 

We take the opportunity to discuss her career journey to date which includes her undergraduate and professional work experience as well as the challenges she has faced, how the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted her, becoming a mother and STEM Construction Ambassador.
