June 16, 2018 / 16:45 / Schuylkill River Trail / Schuylkill River Trail, just south of Walnut Street / This is one of many recreation areas the city of Philadelphia has to offer, and a relatively new one / It’s a great place to sit along the river and listen to the footsteps of runners and the clicking of bicycles as they pass by / The river itself doesn’t make much sound, so I decided to set up next to a leaking water fountain, which a few passers by tried out while I was there / Farther into the distance are the sounds of passing jet skis on the water and the traffic on I-76, the frequently-gridlocked Schuylkill Expressway //
