11:58 / February 17 ,2017 / Parliament / Parliament Hill / Home to Canada’s House of Commons, Senate, Members of Parliament and Senators / Ottawa’s parliament hill and the Peace Tower in Centre Block is a special place for all Canadians / People gather here to protest, to mourn or to celebrate, but also to play frisbee and do yoga / Tourists from all around the world come to admire the architecture and make a wish at the Centennial Flame, build in 1967, a fountain whose ledges contains the shields of 12 of Canada’s provinces and territories (only Nunavut is absent as it was created in 1999) / This recording features an international youth delegation taking photos in front of the Peace Tower / I recorded the conversations of visitors and slowly walked my way towards the Peace Tower, knowing that it would ring 12 times at noon //
