Foundations matter. Don't believe it? Just try building anything on a foundation that is unsure. The teachings in the Sermon on the Mount are challenging to us, yet Jesus admonishes His followers to be wise and build their lives on the rock, the rock of His words. Today, let's play the role of building inspector and check our own foundations to be sure what we are building on will stand through the storms of life.
