Hello ladies, gents, and non-binary folx! Continuing with Mental Health Awareness Month, this week's episode is focusing on ADHD. I am joined by Rhea who is a third year student at Carleton University who was recently diagnosed with ADHD. We discussed her journey with getting diagnosed with ADHD, some of the negative and positive stereotypes of ADHD, and some of the inequalities people from low-income households face regarding getting assistance with their mental health issues.
