I had the privilege of preaching at Calvary Road Baptist Church recently. Luke 17 In fact, sin in our life actually and practically can send others to hell. But, faith and knowledge and practical application are so often very different things. I want to suggest that people are not going into missions because of bitterness and unforgiveness. For the gospel to go forth we must learn to forgive. As the landscape of missions is looked over often I hear from young and old that they want to do what they want to do. I believe that missions is suffering from a lack of labor because so many have an attitude that they want to be recognized for their accomplishments. Why are not more being called into missions? Because the call is not being yielded to, because the men are not being sent by the church.
