During this session, I talk with Kat. It was a massive surprise for Kat and her partner to find out they were pregnant. Kat felt wonderful throughout her pregnancy. She was induced at Lismore Hospital and had an empowering and positive induction experience. She felt supported and had a voice surrounding the choices that were made during her labour. Kat also discusses her navigation of postnatal depletion.
