When life is going well we celebrate, we smile and laugh more, as we should, it's imperative that we acknowledge our success. But that's not the only thing that happens. We also settle, and if action is not taken to break out, we become comfortable where we are and plateau. We refer to this concept as Big Fish, Small Pond. The pride and self-indulgence that comes with believing you're on top of the world, believing that you're doing much better than everyone else. This is a falsehood. Its been said before that if you are the smartest or strongest person in the room, you're in the wrong room. In this episode we explore what it means to be a big fish in a small pond, how to transition out, and what comes next. At one point in time, every single one of us has believed we were at the top of the food chain, the biggest fish in the pond. But ponder this. What happens when you're pulled out of the pond and thrown into a river? What happens when you swim far enough and find yourself in an ocean? What then? Note: This episode was inspired by the great youtube channel: Squat Every Day
