I was super excited to interview the CEO and Founder of Final Co, Emma Rose Cohen. She has a master's degree from Harvard in Environmental Management and Sustainability. She spent four years working in waste minimization at Los Alamos National Laboratory in the Pollution Prevention department before becoming a straw-trepreneur. Final Co created Final Straw in 2018 on Kickstarter and has since launched Biggie Straw, Final Spork and Final Fork.
