For Beyond the Porch 29 our host Omar Willey, Publisher at Seattle Star, takes us to 1889 Seattle in which landowner Guy Phinney envisions "a ballpark, a hotel, a stone chapel, a boat house with a hunters' lodge, a bandstand, a menagerie of animals, an English-style park, a greenhouse and a mansion" in his 200 acre forest.
