International media have reported that the matter was mentioned in a confidential document prepared by the Norwegian Center for Global Analysis, which provides intelligence to the UN.

The Taliban has announced a general amnesty for all sides in Afghanistan, and has reportedly set up a new network that targets those who have worked with foreign forces and obtained information about them.
