Three persons have been arrested with 244 kg of Kerala cannabis smuggled in Jaffna. The persons were arrested during a routine maritime patrol by the Sri Lankan Navy in the waters off Vadamarachchi. Meanwhile, 244 kg of smuggled Kerala cannabis was seized. The three arrested in connection with the incident have been handed over to the Kankesanthurai naval base, the navy said.
